Welcome to RelicAI (the “Service”), operated at relicai.art. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

RelicAI helps you identify, document, and prepare listings for found natural objects, crafted items, jewelry, artwork, and collectibles using AI. Output includes identification suggestions, cleaning guides, pricing ranges, marketing copy, flyers, mockups, and design concepts.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
• Some accounts require admin approval before access is granted.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant RelicAI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

4. AI output

• AI identification, pricing, safety, and lapidary suggestions are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always verify before acting on them.
• You are responsible for ensuring listings, claims, and any sale comply with applicable law (consumer protection, wildlife, cultural heritage, gemstone disclosure, etc.).
• RelicAI is not a substitute for a qualified geologist, gemologist, appraiser, or attorney.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Use the Service to sell items prohibited by law (e.g., protected wildlife, restricted minerals, stolen property, illegal artifacts).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its AI providers.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.

6. Fees

Some features may be free; others may be paid. Pricing, if any, will be shown before you are charged. Taxes are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing support@relicai.art.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelicAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RelicAI harmless from any claim arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where required by mandatory consumer protection rules; otherwise, by the laws of the jurisdiction where RelicAI is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
