1. Your content

You keep ownership of photos, descriptions, and other material you upload. By uploading, you grant RelicAI the license described in our Terms & Conditions to host and process it for you.

2. AI-generated output

Subject to your compliance with the Terms, you may use the AI-generated listings, copy, flyers, and mockups produced for your items for your own commercial and non-commercial purposes (for example, to sell the item on Etsy, eBay, or a gallery). RelicAI makes no warranty as to the copyrightability or originality of AI output, and you are responsible for confirming you have the rights to use it in your jurisdiction.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the Service or its prompts as a product.
Use RelicAI's trademarks without prior written permission.
Use the Service to infringe third-party rights.

4. DMCA / copyright complaints

If you believe content on RelicAI infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@relicai.art with:

Your contact information.
Identification of the copyrighted work.
The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf, and that the use is not authorized.
Your physical or electronic signature.

We will review and may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details.
